Opinion

No. 94-0187.

August 24, 1994.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Broward County; Sheldon M. Schapiro, Judge.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Paul E. Petillo, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Joan Fowler, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

We affirm appellant's conviction and sentence, except to the extent we remand to the trial court to strike that portion of the sentence which imposes victim costs and a trust fund assessment. See Kord v. State, 508 So.2d 758 (Fla. 4th DCA 1987).

HERSEY and POLEN, JJ., concur.

FARMER, J., dissents without opinion.
