BRIAN M. TOTH, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo Chief Special Trial Judge

This I.R.C. section 6015(e) case is presently set for trial during the Detroit, Michigan, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on September 23, 2024. A Proposed Stipulated Decision was filed on May 13, 2024, that shows that the parties have reached a basis of settlement.

Because the Court is concerned with the format of that document, it is

ORDERED that the case is set for pretrial conference at the place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served April 25, 2024, at a time and date certain of 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing on Monday September 23, 2024, as previously directed and need not comply with the obligations imposed upon them in the Standing Pretrial Order served April 25, 2024.

If either party prefers not to wait until the pretrial conference to resolve the issues with the format of the Proposed Stipulated Decision, then that party, after consultation with the other, should contact the Court at the telephone number shown in the attachment to the above-referenced Standing Pretrial Order to request a conference call.
