An appeal having been taken from a judgment of foreclosure and sale of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about February 13, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And plaintiff-respondent having moved to vacate the stay of all proceedings to enforce the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, pending the determination of the appeal, granted by an order of this Court entered on May 16, 2019 (M-2044), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
