Hetri Totaram, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. Debbie Gibson, Defendant-Appellant, -and- Cach LLC, New York City Parking Violations Bureau and Evelyn Hill, et al., Defendants.


Defendant-appellant having moved for a stay of all proceedings to enforce a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about February 13, 2019, including but not limited to the foreclosure sale, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before August 5, 2019, for the October 2019 Term.
