Action by Mario Toschi against L. L. Christian and others for personal injuries resulting from a collision between plaintiff’s truck and a railroad engine. From a judgment of nonsuit granted on defendants’ motion at the close of plaintiff’s case, plaintiff appeals.

Affirmed.
