ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

On April 3, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Los Angeles, California, on May 18, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. On November 8, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 41) informing the Court that petitioner's power of attorney and petitioner are continuing to gather documentation so that the 2018 through 2020 tax returns can be filed and the offer-in-compromise can be resubmitted. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 15, 2022, the parties shall file a joint report with the Court (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case. 1
