PROTECTIVE ORDER


THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on Defendants' Unopposed Motion for Protective Order, and good cause having been found, is hereby

ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that (1) Plaintiff has possession of confidential discovery information consisting of alleged acts of misconduct of Sheriffs Department employees, made available to him only because of this litigation, (2) this material is sensitive and confidential, (3) Plaintiff and his attorneys shall keep this material confidential, and said material shall be shared only among Plaintiff and his attorneys, and said material shall not be revealed to anyone other than Plaintiff and his attorneys except for use in official court proceedings, and (4) the names of the individuals in Defendants' answers to Plaintiffs First Interrogatories and the individuals mentioned in documents bates-numbered 000323 through 000351, nor their alleged misconduct, nor the actions taken against them, be mentioned outside this litigation or these proceedings.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
