Opinion

No. 05-10-01157-CR

Opinion Filed September 29, 2010. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex. R. App. P. 47

On Appeal from the 219th Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 219-80564-08.

Before Justices MORRIS, MOSELEY, and MYERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Joshua Angel Torres pleaded guilty to sexual assault of a child. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at two years' imprisonment. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification, which states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal, is supported by the documents before the Court. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex. Crim. App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
