DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal, for assignment of counsel and for permission to file and serve handwritten brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by an affidavit setting forth facts showing merit to the appeal as required by section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to file and serve a handwritten brief is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for assignment of counsel is denied, without costs.
