From the 227th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2022CR7070 Honorable Christine Del Prado, Judge Presiding.

ORDER

Beth Watkins, Justice

The reporter's record was originally due October 9, 2024. Court reporter Mary Beth Sasala filed a notification of late record requesting an extension of time until November 8, 2024, and we granted that request. On November 12, 2024, Ms. Sasala filed several volumes of the reporter's record. In the master index, Ms. Sasala indicated that an additional, unfiled volume had been recorded by a different court reporter, Maria Fattahi.

On November 13, 2024, Ms. Fattahi filed a notification of late record requesting an extension of time until December 13, 2024 to file her volume of the record. After consideration, we GRANT the request and ORDER Ms. Fattahi to file her volume of the reporter's record by December 13, 2024.
