Before the Court are appellant's March 31, 2022 motions to be allowed to proceed without costs and for reclassification of the appeal as a writ of mandamus, prohibition, and injunction. We DENY the motion to reclassify the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 52. We DENY as moot the motion to proceed without costs as our case management system reflects appellant is allowed to proceed without costs.
