ORDER

Before the Court is Magistrate Judge Camille L. Vélez-Rive's Report and Recommendation (Docket No. 26). In her thoughtful and comprehensive Report and Recommendation, Magistrate Camille Vélez-Rive recommends that the Court deny defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. (Docket No. 11.) Defendant filed timely objections to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation (Docket No. 27). After a careful review of the record the Court finds no reason to disturb Magistrate Vélez-Rive's well-reasoned Report and Recommendation. Therefore, the Court hereby APPROVES and ADOPTS the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation in its entirety. Defendant's Motions to Dismiss (Docket No. 11) is hereby DENIED.
