ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS


The Court has construed Plaintiffs "Motion for [sic] to Continue and Set Aside Finding of Fact, and Conclusion of Law" (docket no. 35) as a request for an extension of time in which to file his opposition to Defendants' motion to dismiss. Having read and considered Plaintiffs request, and good cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs request for an extension of time is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file his opposition to Defendants' motion to dismiss no later than January 16, 2012.

Defendants shall file a reply brief no later than thirty (30) days after the date Plaintiffs opposition is filed.

This Order terminates Docket no. 35.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
