Upon due consideration, it appearing that petitioners inadvertently filed the petition to commence this case while attempting to electronically file a document in their case at Docket No. 1462-21S, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is closed on the ground of duplication with respect to petitioners' case at Docket No. 1462-21S.
