Upon due consideration of the Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to the Years 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2009, and 2010, and the Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Years 2001, 2005, 2007 and 2012 through 2020, both filed November 18, 2022, by respondent in the above-docketed case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 10, 2023, petitioner shall file objections, if any, to respondent's just-referenced two motions. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motions and dismissal of the instant case or other appropriate action by this Court.
