DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioner, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of mandamus, inter alia, to compel the respondent, Charles J. Thomas, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Queens County, to issue an order determining the petitioner's motion, which was determined by decision and judgment of this Court dated November 22, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
