Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to and to Strike as to the Taxable Year 2019 and as to a Notice of Determination, filed September 5, 2024, it is
ORDERED that, on or before October 3, 2024, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-mentioned motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion or other appropriate action by this Court.
