On March 9, 2022, the Court entered a stipulated decision in this case. On June 9, 2022, petitioners filed a motion for leave to file out of time motion to vacate or revise pursuant to Rule 162 embodying motion to vacate. On July 19, 2022, respondent filed a notice of no objection to petitioners' motion.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 14, 2022, respondent shall file a supplement to his notice of no objection and therein set forth his position concerning the possible grounds for granting petitioners' above-referenced motion.
