This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 2, 2023, at the Whittaker U.S. Courthouse, Room 1010, in Kansas City, Missouri 64106.
On June 5, 2023, the Court received a Return of Mail containing a copy of the Notice of Trial and the Standing Pretrial Order for Small Case, that had been mailed to petitioner.
On June 7, 2023, the Court contacted respondent's counsel in an attempt to obtain a better address for petitioner. On June 12, 2023, respondent's counsel provided to the Court an address for petitioner, though respondent shared that he had been unable to confirm with petitioner, as she did not provide a phone number.
To update the Court's record, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's address of record in this case be updated to reflect the address provided to the Court by respondent's counsel. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall serve on petitioner a copy of this Order, a copy of the Notice of Trial on October 2, 2023, in Kansas City, Missouri, and a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order.
