This case is currently set for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia special session, scheduled to begin November 13, 2023.
On July 20, 2023, the parties filed a stipulation to be bound by the outcome of a related case, Docket No. 9145-21. Therein, the parties agreed that this case shall be resolved on the same basis as similar issues are resolved by the final decision in Docket No. 9145-21. The parties agreed to submit a stipulation consenting to entering a decision in this case when the Court enters its decision in Docket No. 9145-21.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that case is stricken from the above-referenced special session and jurisdiction of this case remains with the undersigned judge. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall file stipulated decision documents or a joint status report with the Court within 45 days of the Court entering a decision in Docket No. 9145-21.
