ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S EMERGENCY MOTION FOR EXPEDITED RELIEF


This CAUSE comes before the Court upon Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for Expedited Relief to Preserve, Protect and Enforce District Court's Order and Preliminary Injunction to Maintain Status Quo Pending Appeal (DE # 21), filed August 16, 2005.

On August 18, 2005, Defendants filed their Response to the instant Motion.

Accordingly, after a careful review of the record and the Court being otherwise fully advised, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for Expedited Relief to Preserve, Protect and Enforce District Court's Order and Preliminary Injunction to Maintain Status Quo Pending Appeal ( DE # 21) be, and the same is hereby, DENIED.
