ALICIA ANN TONDREAU-LEVE, Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee.

Jami L. Chalgren, Escobar &Associates, P.A., Tampa, for Appellant.

Appeal pursuant to Fla. R. App. P. 9.141(b)(2) from the Circuit Court for Polk County; Donald G. Jacobsen, Judge.

Jami L. Chalgren, Escobar &Associates, P.A., Tampa, for Appellant.

PER CURIAM

Alicia Ann Tondreau-Leve appeals the order summarily denying her motion filed under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We affirm the denial of relief on all grounds of Tondreau-Leve's motion except ground eleven.

The postconviction court failed to address Tondreau-Leve's claim in ground eleven that trial counsel was ineffective for failing to challenge the seizure and forfeiture of her Bank of America accounts and other funds. Accordingly, we reverse and remand for the postconviction court to address the claim made in ground eleven.

Affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded.
