By Notice dated June 26, 2023, this case is calendared for trial on the Court's Baltimore, Maryland, trial calendar commencing on November 6, 2023.
On August 25, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness (motion to dismiss). Respondent requests that the Court dismiss the above-entitled case as moot given that, prior to the filing of the petition, the income tax liability for taxable year 2011 was paid in full. Petitioner's views on the granting of this motion are unknown.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before October 25, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondents above-referenced motion to dismiss.
