Present — Taylor, P.J., McCurn, Love, Kimball and Piper, JJ.


Judgment corrected by adding the words "as guardian ad litem of Alice Tomczak" after the name "Matthew M. Oliver", and as corrected the judgment, together with the order, is affirmed, with costs. All concur. (The judgment is for plaintiffs in an automobile negligence action. The order denies a motion for a new trial.)
