The case is remanded to the Probate Court where, within sixty days of the rescript, hearings shall be commenced, before a different judge, on visitation, joint legal custody and related questions. In that connection, it would be advisable to appoint a guardian ad litem-investigator or to order an update from the guardian ad litem for the child, who was apparently active in prior proceedings. The stay of the orders in the contempt proceedings is to remain in effect until new orders are entered in the proceedings which we here direct.
