Upon due consideration of petitioner's motion to proceed remotely, filed May 2, 2024, it is

ORDERED that on or before May 17, 2024, petitioner shall file a supplement to the above-referenced motion that addresses whether petitioner has shared all documents upon which he will rely at trial with respondent.

The parties are reminded that the deadlines imposed by the Standing Pretrial Order, served February 8, 2024, remain in full force and effect while the Court considers petitioner's motion.
