CONVICTION IS AFFIRMED AS TO DOROTHY TOLBERT AND THE CONVICTION OF A.C. TOLBERT IS REVERSED AND HE IS REMANDED TO THE CUSTODY OF THE SHERIFF OF GREENE COUNTY TO AWAIT ACTION OF NEXT GRAND JURY.
