Plaintiff-appellant having moved for a stay of all proceedings pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 10, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, including the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated August 30, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the within motions, as well as plaintiff-appellant's notice of appeal, are deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
