TRIAL, § 254.1judgment notwithstanding verdict. In action for death of decedent as result of being struck by swinging door in defendantnt's store, trial court in view of evidence, did not err in granting, motion for judgment for defendant notwithstanding verdict for plaintiff.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Kane county; the Hon. WIN G. KNOCH, Judge, presiding.
