Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 7-9-505 (Repl. 2011), petitioners Nancy Todd and Nancy Todd's Poker Palace and Entertainment Venues, LLC, seek review of the Secretary of State's determination finding that the ballot title submitted by petitioners is legally insufficient. We grant review and direct this court's clerk to set an expedited briefing schedule with simultaneous briefs due by Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. Intervenor Chuck Lange's motion to intervene is also granted.
