OTHER CIVIL RULES:

A party cannot voluntarily dismiss claims against particular parties pursuant to Civ.R. 41(A)(1)(a), and any attempt to do so is a nullity. Instead, when a party desires to dismiss particular claims in a multi-count complaint, the proper procedure is to amend the complaint pursuant to Civ.R. 15(A).
