DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application by attorney for the children for extension of time to file and serve supplemental record on appeal and supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs. The attorney for the children shall file and serve a supplemental record on appeal, on or before October 31, 2013, which shall contain the letter dated April 16, 2012 and included in the appendix of the brief of the attorney for the children at pages 122-124. The attorney for the children shall also file and serve a supplemental brief, on or before October 31, 2013, solely to contain arguments concerning why the Court should take judicial notice of the documents included at pages 125-134 of the appendix of the brief of the attorney for the children. Appellant shall file and serve a supplemental brief, if any, solely in response to the arguments raised by the attorney for the children in the supplemental brief of the attorney for the children on or before November 15, 2013.
