Before the Court is appellant's June 30, 2022 motion for an extension of time to file his brief, which was received July 5, 2022.

Appellant was convicted of aggravated assault family violence, aggravated sexual assault, and aggravated kidnapping. His brief identifies the complaining witness by her full name. Accordingly, we STRIKE the appellant's brief.

We GRANT appellant's motion to the extent we ORDER appellant to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, an amended brief that identifies the complaining witness by initials only.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to counsel for all parties.
