The banking commissioner sued the Ætna Casualty Surety Company for $5,000, and recovered judgment as prayed for. The case is companion to No. 1888, Ætna Casualty Surety Co. v. Chas. O. Austin, 285 S.W. 951, this day decided, except as to the nature of the dishonest act.

For the reason stated in the opinion rendered in the companion case, the judgment herein is reversed, and the cause remanded.

Reversed and remanded.
