William Alec TISDALL, M.D. and William A. Tisdall, M.D., P.A. d/b/a Spine & Joint Pain Specialists, Appellants v. Thomas VAREBROOK and Rebecca Varebrook, Appellees
From the 37th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2017-CI-06007
Honorable Michael E. Mery, Judge Presiding
SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER
Sitting: Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice Irene Rios, Justice Beth Watkins, Justice
On May 22, 2020, this court ordered court reporter Amy Hinds to renumber and refile various volumes of the reporter's record in this case and to prepare a new master index. The deadline for doing so is Friday, June 5, 2020. Our order required Hinds to work solely on this record and to arrange for a deputy or substitute reporter to perform her in court duties.
Ms. Hinds has advised the court that she does not currently have any outstanding records due in an appellate court. She further advised the court that she is able to fully and timely comply with the order without taking leave and without the need for a substitute reporter to perform her in court duties.
Based upon Ms. Hinds's representations, we withdraw the following part of our May 22, 2020 order:
We order Hinds to work solely on this record until this order has been fully complied with. Hinds must arrange for a deputy or substitute reporter to perform her in court duties and must not undertake to prepare any records for private parties.
The rest of our order remains in full force and effect, and Ms. Hinds is advised that failure to fully and timely comply may result in her being ordered to show cause why she should not be held in contempt or otherwise sanctioned.
