ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge

On January 6, 2023, the Court entered a Stipulated Decision in this case. On February 6, 2023, the Court received and filed a letter from petitioners dated February 1, 2023, indicating to the Court that petitioners requested the Stipulated Decision entered January 6, 2023, be vacated and set aside so that the case could be put back on the Court's March 6, 2023, Las Vegas calendar for trial. On February 6, 2023, the parties held a conference call with the Judge. After discussion on the call, petitioners indicated that they no longer wished to reopen the case and, instead, accepted the Stipulated Decision. Therefore, no action will be taken on petitioners' letter.

Upon due consideration it is hereby

ORDERD that the parties are in agreement and no action will be taken on petitioners' letter dated February. 1, 2023.
