On January 4, 2023, the Court served an Order on the parties (index #12). However, upon review, it was seen that due to clerical error, this Order is duplicative of the Order served November 3, 2022 (index #10). The Court shall vacate the duplicative Order.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Order served January 4, 2023, (index #12) is hereby vacated and set aside.
