Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person, for assignment of counsel, for permission to use the appendix method, and for other relief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered April 15, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are dismissed on the ground that the appeal is deemed abandoned and dismissed (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [a]).
