Braulio TIRADO-MORALES, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee
From the 451st Judicial District Court, Kendall County, Texas
Trial Court No. 6201
Honorable Maria Teresa Herr, Judge Presiding
ORDER
On June 6, 2019, the State filed a motion for leave to supplement the clerk's records in these companion cases. Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5(c)(1) provides: "If a relevant item has been omitted from the clerk's record, the trial court, the appellate court, or any party may by letter direct the trial court clerk to prepare, certify, and file in the appellate court a supplement containing the omitted item." (emphasis added). Accordingly, because the State may direct the trial court clerk to supplement the clerk's records in these cases, the State's motion is DENIED.
