Pending before the Court is Appellant's pro se motion for access to the appellate record. The motion is GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the Tarrant County District Clerk forward a copy of the appellate record to the Senior Warden of the Fort Stockton Transfer Facility, 1536 East IH 10, Fort Stockton, Texas, 79735, for use by the Appellant, David Lewis Tipton TDCJ #01985470, CID #0841632, under the supervision of said Warden and/or designated custodian of records. It is further ORDERED that the record shall be returned to the Tarrant County District Clerk after Appellant's brief is filed or further order of the Court. The District Clerk is directed to notify the Court in writing of the date on which the record was forwarded to the Fort Stockton Transfer Facility for Appellant's use.
