ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

In this case, petitioner challenges a joint notice of deficiency issued to petitioner and his spouse for their 2020 tax year. On February 21, 2023, petitioner's spouse, Jeannine M. Asturias Tinsley, lodged a ratification of petition, which suggests that she wishes to be added as a petitioner in this case.

Upon due consideration, therefore, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced ratification of petition shall be filed as of the date of service of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that Jeannine M. Asturias Tinsley is added as a petitioner in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "David R. Tinsley and Jeannine M. Asturias Tinsley, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
