This case was stricken from the Court's March 15, 2021, Denver, Colorado, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On August 6, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the petitioners' counsel is still reviewing the proposed stipulated decision with petitioners. The parties request 30 additional days to file stipulated decision documents. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 13, 2021, the parties shall file stipulated decision documents with the Court.
