ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


Based on the Stipultion of Dismissal With Prejudice signed by the parties, and for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiffs claims against Defendants are dismissed with prejudice., party to bear its own costs, fees, and expenses.

The Court shall retain jurisdiction of this matter solely to enforce the terms of the settlement agreement between the parties.
