ORDER
The reporter's record is overdue. The docketing sheet reflects appellants requested the reporter's record April 11, 2016, and based on the date of judgment, it was due May 10, 2016. On May 11, 206, when it had not been filed, we sent the court reporter notice of the overdue record. On June 13, 2016, appellants filed their brief, asserting a single error stemming from appellee's failure to file a verified denial of the sworn account upon which the case is based. Because appellants have filed their brief, we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. Appellee's brief remains due July 13, 2016.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to court reporter Antionette Reagor and all parties.
