ORDER


The Court having reviewed correspondence from the parties regarding discovery and scheduling problems and having heard oral argument this date by telephone conference, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows:

1. Defendant shall serve responses to plaintiff's requests for admissions and other written discovery on or before June 2, 2002.

2. Defendant shall appear for and submit to deposition on June 11, 2002 at 2 p.m. This date may not be changed absent further order of this Court.

3. The scheduling order dated May 10, 2002 is vacated. The scheduling order dated April 15, 2002 shall govern this action.

4. Plaintiff shall respond to defendant's discovery requests on or before June 15, 2002.

SO ORDERED.
