Motion for leave to file, nunc pro tunc, notice of argument for the November 1961 Term of this court and points on appeal dismissed, having become academic by virtue of the decision of this court decided herein. Motion to dismiss appeal granted, with $10 costs, unless the plaintiffs-respondents-appellants perfect their appeal for the January 1962 Term of this court.
