This case is calendared for trial on the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session. On October 7, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance and ask that the Court restore this case to the general docket. The parties believe that the case is susceptible to settlement by the Appeals Office and would like for petitioners' case to be considered by an Appeals Office.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance of trial is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session and is continued generally.
