Action to foreclose a mechanic's lien. Appeal by plaintiff and cross-appeal by defendants from a judgment granted in favor of plaintiff, after trial by the court without a jury. Judgment unanimously affirmed, without costs, on the ground that the rule of quantum meruit is applicable, and that the findings as to the amount due are justified by the evidence.
