On April 12, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision and Joint Settlement Stipulation. Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision references an incorrect tax year and a section 6662(a) penalty that is not in the notice of deficiency.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision and the Joint Settlement Stipulation, filed April 12, 2022, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 6, 2022, the parties shall either: (1) submit stipulated decision documents so this case may be concluded, or (2) file status reports as to the then present status of this case.
