KEITH ALAN TIGGELAAR & DENISE RENEE TIGGELAAR, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On July 29, 2022, the parties filed for the Court's consideration a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision. Upon review of those documents, it appears that certain information set forth in the first ordered paragraph of the proposed stipulated decision is not consistent with the parties' settlement stipulation and the notice of deficiency on which this case is based.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties' settlement stipulation and proposed stipulated decision, filed July 29, 2022, are stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 9, 2022, the parties shall file revised proposed decision documents for the Court's consideration.
